Liz has been working extensively on the information architecture and usability of WordPress as part of the inimitable Happy Cog, and here she will share what she has learned and where we need to go.

Liz, pictured on left, is part information architect, part usability analyst, and part editor. As an independent information architecture consultant, she traces the roots of her craft back to her parents. According to Liz, “Growing up at least a little information architect in Northeastern Pennsylvania gave me an organizational advantage over my friends.”

WordCamp 2007 was sort of weak
Some of the speakers were very interesting, especially Dave Winer, but overall the 2007 WordCamp was a bit of a letdown for me. I like that open source software is free to use but I’m finding that I don’t like that much else about it–at least in …
