Are you a WordPress pro who’s always dreamed of the chance to contribute to WordPress core? If you’re going to be in town for WordCamp San Francisco, you’re invited to join us for Developer Hack Day, where we get down and dirty, up close and personal with Core tickets.
Developer Hack Day takes place on Sunday August 5th, from 11 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. at True Ventures, 2601 Mission Street #900, San Francisco, CA. True Ventures is located on the top floor of the US Bank building; enter on the north side (from Mission Street).
If you can’t attend in person, hop onto the #wordpress-dev IRC channel to help out from afar!
Hey hey! Though we love you all, this is not a social event, user hangout, or for people who lack a working WordPress core development environment. If you come, make sure you’re ready to be put to work on WordPress tickets—not your own themes, plugins, or websites. This is serious business. If we do not see you working on tickets, you will be asked to go do your work elsewhere, sorry. You have been warned.
Don’t bring a lunch–we’ll make sure you’re fed and watered. Lastly, but most importantly, we appreciate your help and support!
