WordCamp San Francisco 2014 includes two – count ’em! two! – full days of programmed sessions on Saturday and Sunday as well as an unconference on Monday focused on the WordPress open source project.
In 2013, WordCamp SF sold 1059 general admission tickets, including micro-sponsorships and volunteers, and 863 live stream tickets. General Admission ticket buyers were 33% local and 67% out-of-towners. 60% of attendees classified themselves as developers, 18% as designers, 10% as bloggers, and the other 12% self-identified as publishers, project managers, or sysadmins. The WordCamp SF Twitter account has over 3,000 followers and the 2013 event site had over 500 subscribers and more than 170,000 total page views.
All of our valued sponsors help support the WordPress open source project by donating to WordCamp SF, and without them this event simply would not be possible. We’re super-grateful to all WordCamp sponsors for the support they provide to the WordPress community!
