    Overall, the WordPress community is very welcoming and I feel we have a real opportunity to be one of the most diverse communities in tech.

    I would like to talk about people’s experiences with building/creating successful diverse groups and events (what worked, what didn’t work, etc) and how we can incorporate those strategies in the WordPress community.

    More perspectives = better software.
